Schruns-Tschagguns – 700 metres (2,300 feet) above sea level

The pitches
Built in 1995, the football stadium in Schruns-Tschagguns is the largest sports ground in the Montafon valley. The facility comprises two natural grass pitches and a state-of-the-art artificial turf pitch, built in 2005, which can host football matches from the start of March to the end of November. The outstanding quality of the pitches has made the stadium a popular venue for professional, amateur and youth training camps. It also hosts international football matches and tournaments such as the annually held Montafon Golden Key games.

The surroundings
The football stadium is located right in the heart of Schruns-Tschagguns, the main town of the Montafon. Surrounded by the beautiful Rätikon and the Verwall mountain ranges, the football grounds are located in the immediate vicinity of Aktivpark Montafon, Vorarlberg’s biggest leisure park with a large outdoor adventure pool and mountain bike base as well as the Vorarlberg school sports centre and Dr. Schenk, the world-renowned sports clinic.
